ApparelIf you are not satisfied with any of the apparel products for ANY REASON, you are welcome to send it back within 7 days of receiving the item. The item should be in the same condition you received it in; otherwise, there may be a restocking fee. The price of the item will be refunded in full (except shipping and handling).
If you receive a defective product, we will replace the item for you at no extra charge, and refund your shipping fee. Please note this may take up to 7 business days.
MediaCDs and other media items such as dropcards and online downloads can ONLY be returned if they are defective or unplayable.
How to Return an ItemIf you wish to return an item, please send an email to goodasiandrivers@gmail.com with name, item to be returned, and order/confirmation number. We will email you instructions on where to ship your item. Your shipping costs will be refunded ONLY if the item is defective.
